You may enter as many movies as you like; but you might just want to focus on maknig one movie perfect.. I don't know, just a thought.
As for custom content, the idea is to showcase an expansion pack so the majority of your movie should focus on that, however there is no restriction on custom content but it may take away from the heart of your movie if you overuse it.
It's up to you.

As soon as possible. Sorry that's not very specific but it was S' birthday yesterday so it's all a bit up in the air at the moment.

Competition closes on Wednesday 11th February at midnight (so you can submit all Wednesday!)
After that, we won't accept any more video responses and beign our official judging.
All movies will be accepted until the 11th February!
