No offence, but it might benefit from being less precussive. However, I realize these instruments are hard to play!

Perhaps it would be better to place the microphones in the church and not near the keyboard, because of the very old action of the keys. But your playing is very good. You love early baroque organ masters, isn't it?

Wonderfull renaissance instrument,good interpretation. Still i would prefere with much more "punch", more aggresive and not so in mesure, but a little bit more inequal. Surely, it's only a matter of personal taste.
