if you are ever blessed and able to see her live you must!!, she may explain why the "industry" labeled her crazy... she no longer wanted to subscribe to being a corporate owned artist and for that alone I love and respect her as a TRUE artist. i think still looks and sounds great.. i miss her.. the miseducation was the best hip hop album of all time..and i think her stuff since is underrated.. glad she's still working it.. I hope she comes somewhere I can go see her.. :-)

@wattsatllan18 yeah ur right, I think its because she gets excited or (HYPE) during her performance...I know back in the day, she was alot more chill, & her voice was more mellow (using a mixed voice more than a chest voice)

@arab3515 She never rapped as hard as she does now. shes going out of her way to make her voice more raspy. using her chest voice all the time. Its hard to keep switching from head voice to chest voice so she just uses her chest voice at all time now which doesn't sound good singing but rapping it does.

Does anybody notice her singing voice in these recentdays is more similar to that of a reggae tone of singing voice??

not in its accent but in her tone of voice.....its alot more blunt (for example listen to a typical reggea artist and then listen to trey songz)

her tone used to be mellow, but now its more more raspy (i guess that would be the word)

i guess shes being influenced by the marleys with reggae rythym, thts cool
