  • Joel Robert 6 times World Motocross Champion was the Greatest Rder Champion of all time ,,, that's a fact and the truth ...

  • He was the smoothest, natural rider of the bunch back then-tres naturel, Mssr Robert, bravo.

  • Another true legend !

  • Phenomenally strong, Robert; and a magnificent rider, needless to say. Legend.

  • Joel Robert. A natural talent. But only as a rider, as a mechanic the only tool he could use was 'the Charleroi spanner' - a big sledgehammer! He never did any physical training - except when he was a paratrooper in the army - but was hugely strong, able to lift cars by the bumpers! He lived and worked at the Greeves factory in England for a year, as a 16 year-old, to learn English, raced a Greeves in local MX. Not many know that. And gave lots of time and money to orphanages. A gentle man, too.
