Herm is a joke, all the media is sick of him too. You need to where hip waders, he lays it on way too thick. He is never going to make the grade. Him and the GM will be gone within 3 years.

herms had a decent track record during his time here in KC. It's been three years, one playoff apperance, the next year we were cheated out with a 9-7 record just because or division is pretty damn tough and problems we had last year with the quarter backs, injuries including two starting lineman, larry johnson and we had a practice squad running back starting for 3 games along with a RT.

Herm's got my support for the next two seasons. I don't really have a choice, but I'd rather be positive about the un-changeable until it can, or needs to be changed. I feel good though. This draft was fantastic, and I can't wait to see Glen and Brandon out there busting some heads.

Care to wager? Unless Herm turns in to the NFL equivalent of Bob Stoops overnight, you can pretty much guarantee his departure. And after 20 frustrating years, the King shall be dethroned. THAT'S a given. Yes, you CAN bank on that one. And if Marty get's his dream job as a GM ( which is what he want's do; proven FACT. ), You can bet your ass that Herm's tenure will be decided pretty damned quickly as his contract is up at the end of 09.
