so maybe if you look at it that way, maybe it was a good thing because universal studios could get a brand ne attraction

yea, i heard the spinklers might have been the reason for insufficient water pressure.

Didn't the original Courthouse burn in the 90's fire anyway?

Happened in the 90's and I think many many many years earlier. Unfortunatly, it is looking like possibly what was built to deal with fire from last time lead to potentially hindering efforts this time.

Yeah... which I hate that they are turning that large area into condos and appartments. Really wish they would expand to that space.

The courthouse is still standing... but the other buildings surrounding Courthouse Square are gone.
