I don't agree that typing on a physical keyboard is faster than typing on the type of screen that the iphone has.

I get around 60-70 words per minute on my iPhone if i recall correctly.

Looks interesting, but it would be nice if it folded away to the back of the phone or something when not in use. Other than that I would be really interested in seeing how if feels.

Vitaminwater, sorry to hear about your continuing mental condition. Good luck with that.

My question is how well does the tactile feel of this keyboard complement the touchscreen. There's no question that a sense of touch can enhance the experience but by how much is my question. For $30, I will be trying it out for sure.

Slipping it on (for longer typing) and off (for full screen use) would be no problem for me. Remember that the half screen that is covered is exactly where the soft keyboard is in typing mode. Whether it flips from the side or slides on and off provides the same ease-of-use to me.

I think the problem with it is the fact that it just covers half of the screen. If it was maybe and addon QWERTY to the side that you could use to also protect the screen, that might be cool, but this just seems cheap and silly.
