  • Anaerobic means without air Aerobic means with air.

  • And your point is??? When studying the difference in exercise, there are both aerobic and anaerobic. In this case, it's considered anaerobic. Read next comment.

  • "The term "anaerobic" means "without air" or "without oxygen." Anaerobic exercise uses muscles at high intensity and a high rate of work for a short period of time. Anaerobic exercise helps us increase our muscle strength and stay ready for quick bursts of speed. Think of short and fast when you think of anaerobic exercise. Examples of anaerobic exercise include heavy weight lifting, sprinting, or any rapid burst of hard exercise. "

  • Any coach or exercise physiologist knows that in order to train athletes' bodies for the rigor of competition, anaerobic exercise is a must. Look it up if you don't believe me!!!

  • its caIIed FOOTBALL not soccer

    get the

    name

    right SUCKER!!!

  • anybody who thinks this is bad to do doesnt know much. im not an exercise physiologist, but in the simplest terms a warmup is to prepare the body for what its going to go through in the game. thats why they walk then jog then hop then sprint then shuffle side to side then backpedal then jump up for a header etc. its not supposed to get them tired its supposed to get blood flowing and prevent injury.

  • lawl. no its like... i cant really explain it but after those warm ups ur not really tired its like.. breaking your tiredness into.. ok serious time to play. its not suppose to make them tired and even if they do get tired then they can sit out a few minutes then go back in. cause thats all u really need when ur tired. and then adrenaline comes in and then u just go a full game. its complicated. soz im not good at explaining lol

  • The coach wants them to be "out of their first wind and into their second wind when the game starts"!?!?!?!? So essentially the coach is trying to make sure they are 1/2 tired before the game starts???

  • Okay i got it.
