  • Well I do drive them, but actually my job is to sell them. We are aware of the DAF product as it is currently utilized in Europe in VanHool coaches --- and we would love the opportunity to supply them for our 2010 US Engine Emission Requirements.

  • I've driven the T2145's, wonder how the 40's do...As long as it doesnt have a CAT motor, CAT transmission, it's not a bad coach.

  • T2140 has never had cat engine or trans....so you are in luck on this one :)

  • Forget that. The DD15 wil only be available in Diamler products (ie Setras) This is not VH's choice, but Diamler's

  • I don't think thats the Orlando, FL ABC, technically its Wintergarden, FL but.

  • Too Bad Van Hool did not think to fix a Detroit in their TD925.

  • the was shot at ABC bus in Orlando..lotsa VH's for sale there.

  • I see a hell alot of VanHools in that lot. What's up with them?

  • Take it your a driver for this firm? Dont be surprised to find new Vanhools come with DAF chassis, engine an gearbox! DAF has a real proven record in truck an bus! There smooth, quick and reliable, DAF is owned by the Paccar group, which also owns several US truck makers, bout time the US has some European influance in truck an bus design an build, You will love it, your passengers will enjoy there journey aswell, Keep the great vids coming mate, Gaz!

  • i would keep that bus so clean it's not even funny

  • Oh yes, and put the aisle lights on the floor! At nite time if I'm not in a new C2045 I shut off all the interior lights, no reading lamps or anything, too much glare. Run the wires under the seats for aisle lights, passengers and drivers hate the glare.

  • No Cummin's either. Detroit pulls better than both, sounds better too. I wish Van Hool would put a toggle switch so fast idle would engage automatically, follow MCI and Prevosts lead.
