@RedNekLvr22 I think when the show made it to the air as "Shoot For the Stars", they had the bonus round jackpot start at $5,000, or some other larger set amount, and increase by maybe $1,000 until it was won.

@gshowguy I would think that it would be best to just have 10 phrases in 60 seconds for $10,000 and a consolation prize of $100 for each correct answer if not won.

I'd want it using NYSI's jackpot system-- starting at $5,000 and going up by $1,000 until won.

This actually looks to be the pilot for "Shoot For The Stars", which premiered January 3, 1977 on NBC. The pilot would probably have been from 1976.

This had a lot of potential. Better than it's revival "Double Talk".

Well, the jackpot needs to start out at something a little bigger than just $1,000. At least start it at $5,000. I like the fact the contestant has the giving option for the end game. Not a bad game.
