I have a big question that everyone seems to lie to me about. Do the majority of the ps3 games really unable to play at 1080p/i resolution? I especially want to know whether mgs4, uncharted, kilzone2 and other ps3 big shots can play at resolution higher than 720p.

Not all ps3 games support 1080p, for example mgs4 or Gran Turismo 5 do support it but games like Killzone 2, or Uncharted are 720p, but they still look awesome, and in the third party games like burnout, the xbox might say it supports 1080p, but they actualy just upscale it and there's no different in fact the ps3 looks better in 720p, than the xbox 360 looks in 1080p

just wana say that 1080p gaming is not that awesome, tried it right now on a 42 inch tv (i think it's 42, it's a huge tv) and comparing it to my 22 inch computer monitor which i normally use (which DOESN'T SUPPORT HD, i use a DVI cable), i prefer the 22 inch monitor cause believe it or not i can see the details much better on the 22 inch monitor than on that big tv. the tv ruins my eyes. that's all i have to say, HD gaming isn't that awesome and bigger is not always better :))) thnx for reading

One other great feature that I really like about some of these PS3 games too is that you can even earn trophies in the games too during gameplay in certain PS3 games such as RE5, GH5, GH: Smash Hits, GOW III, Mirror's Edge, and so much more. It's so awesome and I hope they also include that feature in more great PS3 games too especially with the re-mastered collection sets. Too bad some of the older PS3 games though like MGS4, GTA IV or GT5: Prologue didn't have that neat feature. Oh well.

In my opinion, if they ever would have had any other great game collection sets for the PS3 with re-released games in HD like the GOW or Sly Cooper collection sets, here's how I think it should be like.

GH collection set: GH, GH II and GH Encore: Rocks the 80's re-released in re-mastered HD.

MGS collection set: MGS1, MGS2: Substance and MGS3: Subsistence.

RE collection set: RE1, RE2, RE3: Nemesis, RE4, RE: CVX and RE Outbreak.

GTA collection set: GTA to GTA III and a few other GTA games.

The PS3 rocks and it already has such great games too especially those collection set package games now such as the GOW collection set for PS3 and they're also going to release a Sly collection set too for the PS3. It'll be so awesome. If they ever release any other great collection sets for the PS3 with games re-released in re-mastered HD, I think they should also do it with other great game series such as MGS, GTA, RE, Ratchet & Clank, and even GH. Those could make such great collection sets.
