convert ntsc into another pal

i converted this ntsc signal into another pal signal in order to goet this console working on this vga box convertor.
as you can see in other video,s this console has issues dealinng with this vga box becouse of the lower khz frequency range,by converting the lower khz signal into an hicher frequency range it solves the problem.
as this vga box only accepts hicher frequenxy,s,frequency,s whatever pal & ntsc lower then 65 khz will NOT be accepted b this vga box and it will end up in static immages.

whoaah that,s just incredible cuzz now you can hookup your nes2 to a vga box.

sadly the nes2 ntsc has a low freq of 30 khz will the vga box only accepts pal and ntsc signals with a freq of 65 khz,that,s stupid!!!
