I'm 61 years old and I never went in for "singers" miming a song and wandering around a crappy TV set. This is the cheeseyist junk anyone can imagine. I love music. This is just cheap, untalented entertainment.

I always wondered what this song would have been if the "country feeling" was taken out. No one but Skeeter Davis could truly capture the true feelings of this song.
Written by Sylvia Dee; recorded in December 1962 then released by Skeeter Davis that same month. The time line is 50 years from 2012.....
