A lot of the place shown considered outside or the outskirts(undeveloped areas) of El Paso
I think if went any city with a population of 100,000 people you find similar area around and within the city
Every town has the rich side and poor sides of town
Being so close to Mexico means illegal
immigrant
Which means a lower standard of living
The pay in El Paso does suffer from this fact
Anyone who works in El Paso knows the pay sucks
