Hey there! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my work buddy lost a lot of weight with it.

Joel Marions diet sucks.Big time.I tried 2 cycle and i didn't lose nothing.Than i thought i did something wrong so i tried searching for real people that used it with succes.I searched the internet but there are hundreds if not thousand of scam reviews that says it's not a scam...Well,after hard work(googled "joel marion sucks") i've found some real people on some forums that attested to what i've already known. That Joel Marion and his programs suck.I haven't found ONE person who got results.

I was disappointed with this program (not your review).
-The program is said to be synergistic, but the program manuals feel randomly put together, sloppily written and riddled with grammatical errors.
-The workouts are full of weird exercises that you have to watch videos to learn what they are and have to do them.
-I did this for two cycles to the letter and lost only 1 pound.
A far better choice is Tom Venuto's programs (no I do not get commission from Venuto unfortunately).
My wife and I followed this for 3 cycles and lost about a pound, actually probably lost nothing, but $70.
We followed the program almost to the letter, I even bought the diet food menu/plan. We were totally sick of it after 3 cycles without any results after starving ourselves and fatiguing our bodies, we didn't look forward to the next workout at all. The plus side, I learned some new exercises, thats it.
I got far better results following a program called "the truth about abs' by Mike Geary

Did something wrong then. Any sufficient calorie deficit should have saw you lose weight. Not enough calorie deficit. FOR YOU

@info2002kr Not all diets work for all people. There are a ton to choose from out there, you have to just find the one that works for you.
