  • Septa isnt having this....They convinced city planners that trolleys and lite rail anywhere down town isnt exceptable..Now a light rail that connects the 422 corridor with the pro stadiums in south Philly via the schuylkill trail via Vine st to Delaware ave...thats a plan...
