  • nice job bro, but seriously: these dead lifts are gonna be the bitter end of your spine. you need to do them with proper technique.

  • LOL those fucking chin ups what the fuck were they? terrible dead lift form. not proper push ups. box jumps and clean and press were the only things you did right

    pull-ups is suppose to be wide grip.... not inverted and for fuck sakes go all the way down

    deadlift your using a girls bar.... suppose to be 135lbs... your back is way to rounded. Use better form

    push-ups is suppose to be military style (elbows in) not lil pussy ass ones like you doing there... wat are you a fucking eagle?

    box jumps get both feet fully on the box....

    floor wipers... 1 each side = 1 .... you only did 25 bitch
