Bu..bu.but.. the customer comments! What an idiot. Problem with customer comments is that there is so much terrible food on the playing field, that "good" complements can only be interpreted as "I kept it down better than the shit I ate at the 20 other dumpster dives." Gorden might as well as said "if one restaurant opens nearby that even has an inkling of what good food is, the comment cards will all read 'not eating here again'"

Are Indian curry dinners always this large, if I may ask? Or did Ramsay just order a LOT of food?

I think that Chef Ramsay is ordering a range to check the quality of the food. If the korma is great, the curry might be mediocre and he would know to be able to improve the taste.

Really good Indian food is wonderful, but you sometimes get scabby imitations like you do with any cuisine, so it's best to try food from different places before deciding if you hate a whole culture's food just on one dish.

I usually try two places before I make an opinion. I also recommend looking up the ratings on the restaruants before I decide to eat there.

Indian Food is nothing but curry nightmares, a curry extravaganza of nasty in my stomach...I'll pass :(

It is not for everyone but, I do recommend you try a highly rated place before you state curry food is not for you.
