What steps should an illegal immigrant take for a legal status that has been brought to the US illegally since a baby now 21 and what's to get married with an us citizen that he met in school?

For a person to qualify for citizenship or green card via marriage does that immigrant have to already be in the US with a visa OR if an illegal alien already in the US marry their american citizen boyfriend will that illegal alien be able to gain any type of residence card or green card etc

Hi, I have heard so much about the 30/60 day rule, does this really apply. Is it a huge risk to get married 5 days after arriving in the US? I've read so much but would like an experienced opinion on the matter...thanks

Sir, have laws changed greatly since this video being uploaded (Currently 8/2011)? Do you help people in Florida? Appreciate the videos. I thank you greatly for your time and assistance.

So what, If I fell in love with a woman who is way older than me, is that FSB according to the INS? That is utterly bullshit.
All my girlfriends were at least 10 years older than me.
What if precisely because of the age difference, it it is culturally not welcomed in our Asian culture, and because of that we decided to have a private ceremony?

If he's here on an expired visa, will we have extra difficulty getting his citazenship? I'm so afraid that when we apply for his legal status, he'll just get deported and I won't be able to find him in Poland.

I am american and live with my wife (japanese) in Japan. Suddenly I just got offered a really good job in the US, but it starts in a month. Now i have to leave Japan without her. I told her to come to the US and we could just get married here and file all the paper work here, but doing research online it seems risky and we heard stories of people being denied entry and the chance of making the whole process 100x more complicated then it already is. What is the fastest yet safest way?
The law relating to green cards through marriage has not changed in many years. We represent clients in all states. I am traveling to South Carolina soon to represent one of our clients in a marriage inteview.

if we're already in the united states, and when we get married to a US citizen, do we need to get the health check?
