@mizzouman5412 im not sure if franklin is gonna be the guy. he seems like a good player but tyler gabbert (blaine's brother) is in the same class & he might be the guy. im wondering if franklin has the athleticism to play wide out. i love seeing former qbs out wide becuz theyre very savvy route runners & just know how to get open.

@KnowledgeAccumulated true. chase daniel had alot to do with it as well. i mean he brought in gabbert and we will have him for two good years then to pass it pff to james franklin who sounds like a complete stud.

@mizzouman5412 hes a better throwing nfl qb than those two but neither are as good as brad smith. smith had nothing to work with his whole career and carried the program to be relevant enough to recruit the guys we have now.

ok to start, gabbert is better than daniel and brad smith. he looks like an nfl qb. this program is going in the right direction. second NU has a crazy history with those years of the blackshirts D. this james franklin may be good but its blaine gabberts team now and hes about to make us all forget about chase. im tellin you now this kid is good and knows how to win. Gabbert looks raw so far
