  • @ipsut I said we didn't complet all of our goals. One we didn't officially complet was to rid Iraq of WMD's. And they do have a government, a very weak one though.

  • @agent4051 I did not know that killing ALL of their leaders, destroying their infrastructure and sources of income were goals we had. I must say I believed our goals were to rid Iraq of WMD, oh then latter we were told we had to sever the link between Saddam and Bin Ladin, Of course both of those goals were bogus. Then we were told we needed to provide it with a democracy, Well about 9 months after the last election, they still have no government. Have I missed anymore goals?

  • @ipsut True, we didn't accomplish all of our goals but we did manage to kill most of their leaders, destroy most of their sources of income, and decimate most of their troops.

  • @ipsut The Constitution is a brilliant document, but it's nothing unless you can enforce it's ideal or at the very least protect them. If there were only people out there who were willing to risk their lives to protect your rights, oh wait the police and the military. Socialist? You've got to be kidding me, and fighting wars and the post office are some of the few things the government is necessary for. My advice stop smoking the pot, and thank a veteran. You've managed to contribute nothing.

  • @agent4051 And of course that will never happen will it, which is my point exactly. Over a trillion dollars wasted, so many lives wasted trying to achieve an impossible goal. The only reason we are still in our two wars is our "leaders" are two cowardly to admit a mistake has been made. Oh we will pull out eventually, but only after it becomes painfully obvious to even the most conservative that killing people will not win hearts and minds.

  • @NJburbsSeeker So you have been making money from the military hey. You've been sucking tax payer dollars for you own gain. You must be a Socialist. My god that explains it all. Most countries have a military. Only ours' has a great constitution that is usually enforced. It is the constitution that protects us. NOT the military, you socialist. BTW yes the military, police and fire departments are all socialist ideas, not capitalist. Wow who would have guest you promote socialism.

  • @ipsut Wow you didn't work for the government, like millions of other people. I've made money with the military and been glad to help some of our best and brightest train. There has been no draft because they realized volunteers are always the better choice, not because of the whining of many like yourself. The young also don't give a damn about protesters like you, most can't even be bothered to vote which is sad. Your protest do any good aside from learning what it is like to be maced?

  • @NJburbsSeeker You have proven my point that you are a deep thinker. At this protest anyway, the un washed were the counter protest bikers on the other side of the street. I've had a job contiuously for over 45 years, one that did not depend on a government pay check, such as working for the military. The protest movement has been a joke only because there is no draft, and todays young are more interested in TV and internet games. Your logic is an eye for an eye, which leaves everyone blind.

  • @ipsut Your more likely to be killed by lighting than a terrorist, but that doesn't mean you don't try to stop them. I always love you unwashed counter culture types. You always think you're smarter than everyone else. Here is a deep thought, bath, get a real job, and beg your parents for forgiveness. Oh and while your at it thank a veteran. The peace movement is a joke, and has left logic by the road side.

  • @NJburbsSeeker What a deep thinker you must be. By your reasoning it could be said that more citizens were killed each year as motorists on our highway system than were killed on 9/11. You compare apples to oranges.
