@chango1434 There is no clear answer to this question. If I told you what that number was for 2009, it will be different for 2010. Here is what I would like you to consider: You must develop your own trading plan. You cannot trade someone else's plan. Others can teach you strategies, but you must develop the timing skills to know when to use them, on what products to employ and what entry and exit points to use. That said, the single most important aspect of trading is Risk Management.

@ozlars how many months do make money with this method in a year

thank you

TBT is a good double-inverse ETF that allows one to achieve Long exposure to interest rates. I continue to trade TBT in a bullish fashion. I also trade GLD using Broken Wing Butterflies and was thinking about putting together a video on how that works. If anyone is interested in seeing a video on that just holler and I'll put one together. I have a very nice position in GLD for MAR expiry, so it would be a good time to analyze the trade. Let me know.

how is trading and where did you learn to trade this way
-
yes. using GLD and IWM as well.
I created a video and posted it. It will likely be the first in a series. The site I'm going to direct you to is not complete, but there is a video posted that you might enjoy. It shows my current positions in GLD for MAR expiry.

do you have portforlio margin
mrchokeout 1 year ago
@mrchokeout You do not need portfolio margining to trade using this strategy. Even better, you can trade this way in your IRA account if you wish.

I added the link in the info area (upper right of the screen) - It wouldn't allow me to post a link inside this comment box.
