Age of Empires II Elephants vs Pikemen

Its beeen 4 years but I'v fonaly done it. I'm making more Elephant videos and in this I'm looking to see if Pikemen really are stronger than Elephants.

The reason that one unit keeps running off is because the ai always selects any single unit to be a scout and explore the map. When that 'scout' dies, the ai then selects a new one from the available units it has. Even if it has only one unit left, the ai will select it to go scouting.

the pikemen can still upgrade one more lvl..and the main point is

if the Arsenal are all upgraded, see the result again

This was done in map editor so theres not much more i can do unless i play the game but that would be pretty hard to get accurate results. Besides if the elephants were upgraded to the same degree id imagine the results would probably be the same or close enough to the same.

@AW09 Consider the cost of the pikeman and that of the war elephant. The pikemen are way better in terms of cost effectivness.
