If you have no idea what its about and don't understand it, then you are in no place to judge and tell people what is better. Obviously this method is working for many people, but each person has their own individual needs. Try watching a better video or reading up on it if you care to.

That's a training for practitioners. The goal is to train professionals. Self experience is important, but it is not enough to learn something important:

Give your clients what they need.

That's necessary to make a living as a practitioner.

Everybody has the right to choose what's better or not. It would be really important no to close our mind, no to limit our knowledge or denay ourself to have new experience. I don't know any other way to enrich myself and you?

Of course you can't understand. This is part of a 4 year long training and the people there don't seem to be beginners.

The Feldenkrais Method is no New Age stuff. That's experimental research of your body mechanics and your psychology.

By the way - usually 25-50% of the people in this trainings are physical therapist. They enhance their skills there.
