  • @narniafreak26 Because he's SUPPOSED to be a boy in Prince Caspian. In the book he's 13 at the time of these events. Not a 27 year old man like Ben Barnes was. And Jean Marc Perret wasn't 10 but 14.

  • I am SOOOO excited for the VDT version coming out in theatres!!

  • Don't get how this went from Prince Caspian to Voyage of The Dawn Treader so quickly... God I have so many problems with the TV Series. At least they more or less follow the books better than the Disney films. Though the Disney films brought something new to the chronicals which make them somewhat better.

  • @erikals2 I agree!! :)

  • People say this is cheesy, but compared to the crap that we get today as an excuse for entertainment, I say bring on the cheese everytime!

  • :50 smoke much Aslan?

Nah, people can compare versions all they want, but at the end of the day I think Prince Caspian as a story is pretty dang unfilmable. So much going on in the story isn't direct excitement, but backstory and long marches. This version isn't great, the new was ripped off the LOTR films in tone (gag), but there are still plot problems that anyone filming this movie have to face.

  • So in this movie, Lucy and Edmund get to go to Narnia twice in one day O_o

  • The Second Narnia film was not that good but the BBC verson is so much better

  • I have to say I prefer the movie version. The acting is alot better in the movies. There is more emotion in the movies. The witch in this version was just laughable - Tilda Swinton was born for the role. The actress in this is just funny. Although the description of Caspian given doesnt sound like Ben Barnes he still played the part very well. And Georgie Henley is absolutley amazing, You feel for her and she is so cute.

  • @HeathenMaiden Both of those guys look / sound much younger than their actual age - I would have guessed the Caspian in this version was 9 and in the Walden version to be about 17....not 14 and 27.

  • @HeathenMaiden I'm pretty sure he was supposed to be the same age as Peter...! Though they did make him a lot older in the newer version
