Ok, seeing the business purpose behind this video, let me start a conspiracy here :)

This fungus was actually being created in lab by people connected to this "declassified" super technique business, so they have spread it in Africa in the same way that HIV virus came about from monkey gene mutations caused by pharmaceutical research in Congo in the 50's.

This lead to a worldwide "epidemic" which is actually quite profitable to the drug companies who provoked the virus mutation in the 1st place.
