  • I'd buy it just for all the scrap metal.

  • I will always remember my times at Americana. It is a shame to see that no one bought it and kept it going. A piece of American history fades into the distance. Kings Island is a good park, but it will never take the place of the intimate little setting that Americana provided. May it always be remembered in the hearts and minds of generations past and present. :)

  • I use to go here when I was a kid and I rode my first roller coaster here, The Screechin Eagle! I also saw the flying Wallendas here. I really miss this place and wish that Jerry Couch would just sell the rides so we may be able to enjoy them. I know he has sold some, but not all!

  • Anyone know what this park looks like in 2010?

  • I know a lot of the rides are gone, plus they drained the lake. I think the Eagle is still there though, not sure.

  • Yeah. I live about 5 miles away from the place and it is still there. but it is now abandoned and sits in dissrepear. its kind of a creepy place actually. nowadays i mean

  • believe the blue coaster was called the serpent... it had orange trim i do believe...

  • when i was in elementary school at Saylor Park, we went on a field trip to Fantasy Farm... I found a 50 dollar bill that day, i'll never forget that... What a shame this park, what a shame.

  • I went there once with some family members when I was little (I think I was 4 or 5 then). I rode my first roller coaster there, Its sad that the idiot that bought the park closed it and just left it to decay. Is the park even still there?

  • Heck yeah, The Screechin' Eagle was great. I remember way back they used to have a western town you'd ride the train back to. And I remember the huge fish that were in the lake. And i remember Fantasy Farm too. Used to go there when I was a little dude.
