Ingredients:
Chicken (oh really) Since Chef Dog doesn't want to see
food go to waste I removed all the meat that was left
on a whole chicken that we had as a recent meal. That
amounted to about 2 cups of chicken pieces. (You can also
use uncooked, skinless chicken breasts, cook them with all
the other ingredients in the crock pot on low for 8-10 hours
to make sure the chicken is thoroughly cooked. With chicken
that's already cooked you only need to cook on low for about
6 hours)
Also:
1/2 onion and 1 clover garlic sauteed together in 1 Tablespoon
of coconut oil
2 cups each chopped carrots and chopped celery
3 cups chicken stock
2 cups water
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. thyme
1 Tablespoon parsley
Noodles of your choice--add about 30-60 minutes before serving
