They're different outfits from the Cher Show. She opened every episode with a song and when the band started up, she would throw off the top layer of the outfit to reveal her flashy belly-button exposing outfit. I love those outfits!

yeah i just watched some videos's of her show recently and figured that out, hehe. they are fantastic outfits arent they, most people know of her as a fashion icon, and the fact that she can pull off ANYTHHING!
