is caring for him difficult?

im thinking of getting one but im afraid that i am going to come home and find him under my bed or something lol.

@MorganBethhh Yeah, you have to have experience with a marine tank and have live food sources, ie..clams, crabs, etc....the ph has to be just right- you have to keep a clean tank with low nitrates and ammonia levels - yup, and an escape -free tank. So it's a challenge

not this one- the California OBimac is one of the better ones you can put in a fish tank. It may have spit ink once or twice when scared by me cleaning the tank- but the aquarium filters suck it out as it does solidify in the water.

It eats shellfish- so it never bothered the fishes....as long as you kept him fed :)

that tank isnt suitable for an octopus, nowhere to hide, not enough filtration and other fish with it.

light on all day? madness! most octopus are nocturnal.
