hey luimarco, i was just wondering ive been cutting carbs in order to cut for summer. ive been on meat and veggies and a small carbload like 30 carbs before my lifting. should i change it up any?

thank god i use my own bicycle to go 2 the gym , and done use there damn SHOWERS anymore ... i mean LUI u wont Bleive itt , i have lyk more then 80-100 ppl in my gym and we just have 2 shower stalls in the lockr room :x , really unfortun8 ...... AND DISGUSTING :@

dam towels are manditory there? its rare i even see people use them at my gym. its a very nice gym but i guess people should be using towels more. i wipe down my area before and after i use it with the disinfectant stuff.
