@dudeshanghai it was pretty good man, very relaxing, but i found it difficult to completely let go of all senses. but im one of those ppl who finds it very difficult to relax in any situation. im about to go for my 2nd today though so it should be even better!

What part (not the whole experience) of it is that when the boundries of your body are lost, you loose sense of all physical ailments. So what its does is it alows you to think about things such as humanity, life, death, space, but without feeling the stress, anxiety, or feeling of being overwhelmed, like you would normally.

Did this for the first time about a wk ago..and it was exactly like this..i was in for an hr and i finally let go enough and got a few VERY NEEDED insight about my life...and i mean stuff i was NOT THINKING ABOUT AT ALLLL....it was truly amazing i saw such potential!
