This is a example of white performers appearing in blackface make up. Many young people have never seen examples of what was once considered acceptable entertainment before the Civil Rights Movement.

  • NOTHING wrong with this at all - ok, it's not funny, but that's all you can make of it. I don't see any white people complaining about the MOVIE ' White Chicks ' ...do you?

Everyone gets over PC about this stuff ...it's old, leave it in the past - does anyone realise times have changed ...it's thanks to white voters that Obama is President ...he'd never have got there without open minded non rasist whites voting for him. You know what's funny though...blacks started saying "he was too white"..?

  • "I don't see any white people complaining about the MOVIE ' White Chicks ' ...do you?"

And you're the FIRST person to bring up that horrible White Chicks movie.

But to answer your question, many people were offended by White Chicks. Google it.

The difference between White Chicks and Amos and Andy is that we've never had white slaves in this country. There has ever been institutionalized racism against white people.

"does anyone realise times have changed"

    Apparently not.

  • lol they look silly

  • I JUST MASTURBATED TO THIS VIDEO.

  • @MRZ0GGS I complained about White Chicks?

  • I'm black, I thought it was funny. I love all kinds of racial humor. We're all different, and we're all funny for different reasons.

  • @CJtheCosmonaut - the original radio show was performed by 2 "caucasian men" 2 white men if you please- so these same 2 white men were asked to star in the movie -- adapted from the radio- program- that is why , it starred 2 white men in black face - cork - , They assumed if the movie did not feature the same men (voices) it would not sell- at the time Amos & Andy Radio Show was Huge success -

it had nothing to do with "dignified" roles - at all

  • "A large reason for black face acting was there was just not many african american actors in those times"

and the reason for that is because THERE WAS A RACIST STATUS QUO THAT WOULDN'T ALLOW BLACK ACTORS TO HAVE DIGNIFIED ROLES! Most black actors of that time HAD TO WEAR BLACKFACE THEMSELVES in order to get any work whatsoever, and once they did get work, all they could do was either 1) shuck and jive 2) Be a lazy klutz or 3) play a subservient role (cook maid, etc). who would want to do that?

  • allot of the acting is no different than you would see in today's sit-coms a large reason for black face acting was there was just not many african american actors in those times, there were some musicians and that who made appearances but not allot of actors peruse .

  • @MRZ0GGS bc yall crackas love to see some black men dressed like some women instead of strong black men...dumass
