@zberlin32 Idd Olympians were not only athletes but soldiers whos opposing sides used the games to show their fighting spirit rather than violent bloodshed, That was the idea anyway, With that said tho keep in mind that the travisty of war went on reguardless/ Aswell as the slightly more moraly civilised games. Nothing can be certain however it is a fact that we are now luck enough to be born in a time of less barbarous relitive saftey. So stop arguing about the past and enjoy todays unity!
