@airborne101st45 its rare that it happens if everthing was done right. personal i would get a old pc and try it on that for your frist time so if you missed something and it breaks its not going to cost 500 dollars to fine a new board or cpu or gpu.i recommend a old Pentium 3 based board for a beginner

Too much thermal compound
Oh and that little radiator won't cool all those components that good.
Air cooling prolly beats this setup when it comes to temperature ;)
