  • It always seems like people do try and push food on thin or underweight people like they think they are helping somehow. It's weird.

  • They don't understand, simple as that. People effect us but we must take responsibility for ourselves and set our grounds, our boundaries in order to heal.

  • lol I like your spunk!

Johnny, your strength is amazing, I am so proud of the boundries you set last night, your logic is extremely strong, keep feeding logic with more logic and it'll just keep on getting stronger!

  • Lately I've been hella alert, like after I have my maca shakes, I am fully alert and aware... more so then when I had my shakes without it added. This stuff is amazing, that's all I can say. I get alert but then I get sleepy and I'm able to crash a lot easier which is excellent since I have bad insomnia and you know the destructive routine to knock to sleep. Maca ... magic?

  • I love you Beet, maybe we can chat soon.

  • maca magic!!! yes! I'm going to pick up some tomorrow, I can't wait. Love you too Johnny, we can chat whenever you want, I'm here

  • I'm in bed with my heating blankie, wanna chat? I should go get my cell...

  • like a wildabeast. see, wildabeats. WIL-DA-BEAST! lol ur so cute

  • You are very informative. You sound like you are in a family that focuses all of their social functions around food.

  • THANK YOU, my sweet friend! It's so helpful

  • Old video (I comment alot on the old videos) but this is very true. As a person with social anxiety and lifelong weight problems (overweight), at parties I tend to occasionally pick up food-yes I even ate some nice and very green salad- and eat (either that or I'll just sit around). Great advice though! Must resist binge eating!

  • Thankyou so much fpr this! x

Been having real problems with bulimia lately, this makes me feel so much better

i have the power to REFUUSE!! lol <3

    Thankyou xxx

  • My Mom has peripheral neuropathy and cannot feel her feet -- yet she is able to walk because she takes precautions and even though she cannot feel the ground, she is able to sense and make judgements so she is able to walk.

My sister I suggested that I take this approach to eating. I am unable to tell if I am hungry or full until it is TOO LATE and I am either STARVING or SO FULL THAT I'M SICK.

  • You are so right , especially about the chemical numbing effect ! Love your choice of words here. Lol ! :D

  • i'm very proud of you Johnny. It's good that you set some boundaries and made it through the party binge-free. You are awesome!
