@parekhharshj when you live in the US, it is hard to retain an ethnic accent. What happens is that your accent fuses with a local accent to give rise to something different.

great recipe and that too without any usual spices, just whole garam masala!!..perfect!!..thnx for sharing it...i added a few pudina leaves to it while cooking...gives a wonderful aroma!! :)

Hi bhawna ur recipe looks wonderful and i tried but the grains stick to each other(geela ho gya) unlike urs ,separated,i used 1 cup soaked rice for 30 mins and used 2 cups warm water,what should i do?

Hi
Rice take vary amount of water. Reduct water next time and no need to soak rice.
