Halloween Special IV

In 1996 the ADVERTISEMENT ENFORCER took his first kill, and hasn't stopped since. Although he has plagued the small town of Haddonfield Ontario for nearly 15 years, most residents do not believe that he exists -- to them, he is merely a local myth.

However, this is the year the Advertisement Enforcer leaves his mark, but will his victims be avenged, or will they simply be added to the towns ever-increasing unsolved deaths.
