She has had incredible luck in her few years as a treasure hunter, including finding over a dozen Gardner exploding bullets dating back to the Civil War. @geoffleonard wouldn't 65 be LXV? It has been too many years since learning this, but I thought you would have to subtract the lesser numbers from the one on the right, so it would be 50 - 15 = 35, maybe 35 caliber?

The bullet she holds at 4:20 that reads 'XVL' = 65, so it probably means it is a .65 caliber bullet... unless it's the year of manufacture (1865) I doubt they would print the year on it though. Looks like the bullet exploded in the barrel too.
