Vaque at best, Algae to biodiesel is ongoing in different venues. Extraction and conversion methods are trade secrets, some are not willing to let out of the bag due to profitability concerns. Few will teach us answers that take away from their income. Meeting the Gov, energy officials and other California trade seminar participants does not launch a process, but documents that the knowledge does exist for those who will harbour its value for personal gain. If i were rich I'd tell everyone! ?=$
