Modern Warfare 3 New DLC Hitting January 2012

Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 3 launched on November 8th 2011 for the xbox 360, playstation 3 (ps3) PC and DS alongside with Call of Duty Elite. Well it appears that brand new dlc will be heading its way to mw3 on January 24th of 2012. As of now which is December 21st 2011 it is still unclear as to what the content will be in the dlc. It could be a map pack for multiplayer or new spec ops survival mission... maybe both? who knows. Robert Bowling the community manager of developer of mw3 Infinity Ward has said that they are not just doing map packs but other things that players have never seen before. This got people thinking that there could be single player mission add ons or weapon or camo pack maybe something entirely different that we would never think of. This map looks pretty sick actually. Can't wait for more maps to come. Remember that only the subscription based call of duty elite members will get the mw3 dlc on January 24th 2012. Others will likely get it towards the end of Feb 2012.

i own a ps3 and i think that it is outrageous that i have to wait a month to get the dlc, but before elite was even thought of i had to wait a month anyway. ps3 users and xbox users had to pay the same $49.99 for elite so me getting it earlier would mean that elite is worth more to a ps3 user than an xbox user. Its still not worth the money if you ask me.

It is fully fair to get DLC if you paid for elite. If you paid why shouldnt you get it early.

dlc i would like to see

create your own camo

apply stickers/decals/paint jobs to your killstreak rewards like helicoptors, assualt drones etc

more reticles for the dot sites (red dot, etc)

more kill streak rewards

more camos

more guns

new perks

perhaps new attachments
