They simply point out that his story is impossible in the light of the witnesses' accounts and that he must, therefore, have been used as a prop in the government's little fairy tale, meant to justify their plans to invade multiple countries.

Hum...I don't recall the CIT claiming that Lloyd is part of the ''Planning, Organising & Executing Commission'' anywhere in their presentations...Only that he's just another patsy, as he succinctly admits ''this is too big, I'm only a small man''!!!!!!!
