This is a really weird phenomenon but heres how to do it. Take 2 clothing hangers that are the brass type then cut them in half straighten all the bends out then start at the end come about 4 or 5 inches back and make a 90 degree bend. Then cut the bottom to length that will fit in your hands. Gently hold them so that they can freely swing. Straighten them out while holding them then gently walk along your yard or where ever you need to find a water line. When you go over top of it they will cross like an X and x marks the spots, then just start digging and if you have done it right then you will eventually reach the water line or a really wet spot under your yard. I am not responsible for you making holes in your yard if you mess up this worked for me but it may not work for someone else, you just have to know hoe to do it.

  • @m0t0cr0ss17

if ya do it right then you will find water, it took me a couple try practicing to get good at it if you can really be good at it lol, but now that i know how to hold the rods I can find water almost everytime

  • @parachutepilot7 So when you hit water how soon after do you stop digging?

  • @1991araaron

about5 minutes after I stopped water started coming up and that washed away enough dirt for me to see the water line

  • What kind of metal does the dowses have to be made from. ANy kind of metal works, or its better with same certain types?

  • @Duluh

i just done it with two clothes hangers, so i dont know if it has too be a particular type or not, but i know it worked for me with clothes hangers so...

just heard it from some older folks who had done this on their farms to find good water holes for their cattle and they said that it would work for this too so i tried and, what do you know it actually works hahaha

  • About dowsing go and read about Ideomotor effect. And about "waterlines", water that's beneath the ground doesn't move in lines nor tunnels it just is there, in some places it's closer to the ground and in some further, you could say it's everywhere, this is why dowsing always "works". Once you dig a hole like you did the pressure that's holding it down is released and water starts to condensate in to the hole, don't mean to be disrespectful but you asked for an explanation. ;)

  • It doesnt look like a seven foot hole! I'll admit; it seems deeper, especially when you have to dig clay!!

  • @AlexNOSAM I've never seen them doing any of that. Show me a demo...

  • @DoveDancing That does not explain why you can find literally everything using those rods. Oil, gold, diaminds, silver et cetra... Even not walking on the ground but just holding them above a really big map of a certain region.

There are several theories why it works. Some are pretty convincing, others just ridiculous...

  • @a10fjet exactly, was just about to say the same thing!

  • buuuuut what if you dig a hole ten feet away also? will that other hole get water too? thats the real test to see if it works guys.

  • 9 of 10 people can make this work

  • Penn Jillette said these are Bullshit.
