Coming back to life played with Amazing Slow downer. This is how I learn all the solos you see on my channel and video tutorials and lessons. Many people ask me how I learn the solos in such detail, this is how. It's a great piece of software that will help you immensely by slowing down the solos so you can hear exactly how they are played. By slowing things down, you can hear all the little nuances of the solo and the details in the bends, slides, harmonics, etc. You can play solos at very slow speeds and then just pick out the notes on the neck. I hope you will find this helpful. :D

  • Awesome job ! Just a question what software are you using in the begining of this clip . It looks like you can store your backing tracks etc...

  • amazing bro thnx for the VDO

  • Wow...it even sounds awesome slowed down. Thanks for sharing.

  • Thanks for the videos man :) it is helpful!

i agree that the best way to learn how to play a song (or espacially a solo) is to play it slowly. espacially for gilmour solos where every note counts.

  • Awesome! Would be nice if you check out my cover of this awesome song from the Division Bell! Duey you helped me learn this solo very well! Thank you so much!

I must say you are GREAT! Thumbs up if you agree!

  • hey @duey1011 what tabs do you use for this piece, can u tab them or post the link for the exact tabs

  • I've seldom seen a solo played and covered with so much love. Truly, the loving little curls, bends and mutings make all the difference. Dude, only Gilmour could've played it better. And I would know ...

  • @womma

you remember it by practicing the living shite out of the song

  • Hey duey u added this video on my birthday and i got my guitar off my partner very same day i dont practise too much as j have work commitments an children to look after lol but man u r awesome i need to learn the end of this solo and i will do off ur video thanks for uploading this lesson look forward to seeing more vids frm you.

  • hey Duey, thanks for the heads up with the slow downer thing, helps a lot. Only bad thing I find with it is with lightning fast parts, when you slow it down enough to pick out the notes it makes all the rhythm and vocals sound an awful mess which is really distracting. The equaliser can take the bass out pretty well but still it's painful. Any suggestions? great lessons btw, ty
