took me a few tries but i figured out how to do it...felt AWESOME. thanks!!!
you know it releases nitrogen in your knuckles so it feels relaxed but it doesn't do anything. When we grow old our knuckles will become all retarded. it's true.

It's true only if you know that everything you said is wrong. They did a test over 50 years of a man only cracking the knuckles in his right hand and at the end, both of his hands had perfectly identical bio readings.

I've tried to teach my friends this and your explanation is kind of shitty - no offense. It's more about the support from the fingers you are using to crack. Your index finger will curl and support your thumb in the join above the thumb knuckle. When you push the knuckle, it's almost like you are pushing down and shifting the pressing finger upwards - then POP!

honestly I don't see how i am unclear, but i can try to help you a little.
Where the thumb meets the hand is correct, but from the other side if you start at your wrist and feel upwards toward the thumb, you should find the bottom of the bone right there where it is attached to the hand. It should feel like a bump. press on that with your other thumb while the other fingers sort of pull the top part of the thumb toward you.

or u could put all ur fingers on ur thumband try to make a fist, it pushes the thumb down and makes a loud crack

I used to do that, but it was very inconsistant for me. This way was much easier.
