In the 39th episode of Pensado's Place, Dave and Herb are joined by 8-time GRAMMY award winning producer/engineer Joe Chiccarelli! Joe has produced albums by Stan Ridgway, Oingo Boingo, Sandra Bernhard, My Morning Jacket, Counting Crows, The Shins, Manchester Orchestra, Minus the Bear, Big Talk, Elton John, Rufus Wainright, U2, Beck, Etta James, Tori Amos and many, many more.
Not only known for his production chops, Joe has also engineered Frank Zappa's Sheik Yerbouti, Joe's Garage Acts I, II & III, and Tinseltown Rebellion. He also won a GRAMMY for Best Engineered Album in 2008 for The Raconteurs "Consolers of The Lonely".

I can tell you first hand how generous Joe is with his knowledge and time. There was a web site, the name escapes me now, where he moderated a forum and everyday I would ask a question and with great patience and thought Joe would answer. I still have all my notes. Thanks Joe!
