My dad blew up my truck and pretends like he doesn't know why it wont start. ( Blow v8)

Ok so here's the story. We bought this truck knowing that the tranny was slipping a little (they told us it was slipping) and found out they over filled it oil to keep the Wrist Pin quiet. (They didn't tell us about the knock) Once i put the right amount of oil in there was a nasty Piston Slap. My dad thought i was BS'ing him so he took it out and drove it. (If you haven't noticed already he is kind of crazy) He jumped on the throttle and the tranny went. Going 2mph at 6000 rpm to make it home the Slap turned into a knock. 20 min later when we got home he said "Grab me a beer and call your buddies, I'm blowing this fuc*er up" We had bought cars from them before and thought we could trust there word. 305s are a dime a dozen, Now we can take the engine and tranny out and carb it with a 350.
