im not an art student but, seriously though whats wrong with the proportions? i mean.. i cant see it.. and i think its the right eye that looks weird not left, its 'left' when he flipped the canvas at 1:44

@MoonishDesire Yes the more that I look at it its the brush control that's causing the awkwardness.

@MoonishDesire I don't think the proportions are wrong, but the masses are swerving around the face like some sort of a rough ocean of skin and flesh causing it to distort that way.
Also she/he needs to clean up her strokes a bit.

I hate how you didn't bother fixing the proportions... It's like my teacher said, it doesn't matter how good the shading or coloring is, if the mesh is wrong the whole thing will fall apart.

I must say that I agree with some of the other comments, her left eye is rather off, and some other features are a bit off,
But the skin toning and shading is incredible. Little more work on the nose and brow though, but that's speed painting for you, your not really going to spend much time musing on the picture.
Wonder how long it took him.
