my technique for 'mounting' small barrel lenses onto a large Betax #5 shutter, using rubber bands and cardboard 'lens boards'.

It's a Betax #5, made by Wollensak, not a copal type shutter :-) I believe it's the largest diameter of it's kind. I believe they have not been made for several decades, but you can find them easilly enough and are still quite serviceable.
