I realize this comment is 4 months old, but actually RMT is illegal. The TOS state that all ingame virtual items are still property of SE. Technically you pay to be able to use them, but you cannot sell them for your own profit because you do not legally own them.

@CalamitasDeus sadly it isnt as illegal as we'd hope, international laws dont cover the bases of making money via another person/ companys programs v.v ..... for instance, there are programs build for microsoft, that cost money, that arent made by microsoft. u could argue that being rmts provide something not real, just data, they are providing a service, not a good
